OpenSubdiv/examples/glShareTopology/vbo.h
Takahito Tejima f9523f916f osdlayer: rename Osd::VertexBufferDescriptor to Osd::BufferDescriptor.
A mechanical substitution of VertexBufferDescriptor with BufferDescriptor.
Also removing unused files from osd.
