SPIRV-Cross/reference/shaders-msl
Bill Hollings ba66a91402 MSL: Use vec<T, n> in template SpvHalfTypeSelector for function spvQuantizeToF16().
Adjust SPIRV-Cross unit test reference shaders to accommodate these changes.
