Validator: restricted some atomic ops for shaders
...
Ban floating point case for OpAtomicLoad, OpAtomicExchange,
OpAtomicCompareExchange. In graphics (Shader) environments, these
instructions only operate on scalar integers. Ban the floating point
case. OpenCL supports atomic_float.
