a376b197ae Validator checks out of bounds composite access 
1. Added OpCompositeExtract/Insert out of bounds checks where possible
(everything except RuntimeArray)
2. Moved validation of OpCompositeExtract/Insert from validate_id.cpp to
validate_composites.cpp.
