spirv-opt: Add --graphics-robust-access Clamps access chain indices so they are always in bounds. Assumes: - Logical addressing mode - No runtime-array-descriptor-indexing - No variable pointers Adds stub code for clamping coordinate and samples for OpImageTexelPointer.
