Fix documentation typos

List of typos:
- 'license' -> 'license'
- 'ofsets' -> 'offsets'
- 'instrinsics' -> 'intrinsics'
- 'becase' -> 'because'
- 'availeble' -> 'available'
- 'mesure' -> 'measure'
- 'parametrs' -> 'parameters'
