format ‘%lu’ expects argument of type ‘long unsigned int’,
but argument 4 has type ‘long long unsigned int’ [-Wformat=]:
for startTimeDiv1000, ...
Tested:
- examples/ExampleBrowser/App_ExampleBrowser --tracing
- press the P key to write the profiler json file
- head /tmp/timings_0.json
- open /tmp/timings_0.json with chrome://tracing

Minor fix in ChromeTraceUtil in case startTime>endTime (why would it happen?)
Apply clang-format-all.sh using the _clang-format file through all the cpp/.h files.
make sure not to apply it to certain serialization structures, since some parser expects the * as part of the name, instead of type.
This commit contains no other changes aside from adding and applying clang-format-all.sh
