Apply clang-format-all.sh using the _clang-format file through all the cpp/.h files. make sure not to apply it to certain serialization structures, since some parser expects the * as part of the name, instead of type. erwin coumans	4b2c0f6d89	make one of the cubes in two_cubes.sdf static (immovable) using the <static> tag in SDF ... add an example using 'direct' fix the send-desired-state commands, to add flags for arguments set, using default values.
