add support for setuptools setup.py pybullet for 'pip install pybullet'
...
rewrite MacOpenGLWindow.mm into .m version, so that setup.py can handle it.

a1bf9c5556
add initial examples, replacing the 'Demos/Demos3'. Will make it work cross-platform, OpenGL3/OpenGL2 and add more examples to it.
