change snake.py to use useMaximalCoordinate = True by default

ab8f16961e Code-style consistency improvement:
Apply clang-format-all.sh using the _clang-format file through all the cpp/.h files.
make sure not to apply it to certain serialization structures, since some parser expects the * as part of the name, instead of type.
This commit contains no other changes aside from adding and applying clang-format-all.sh

eb97e06280 fix minitaur.urdf: move lower-leg inertia to center, add missing collision for one of the motors, add contact parameters for friction_anchor, spinning friction, compliance (stiffness/damping)
fix in indexing for maximal coordinates (unused by default, still experimental, requires many iterations for Minitaur due to extreme mass-ratio, hence use of reduces/generalized coordinates)
modify quadruped.py to test maximal coordinates
wrap angular servo (positional) target within [-PI,PI] in btGeneric6DofSpring2Constraint
add 'j' key to show body frames in wireframe/debug mode

87293e835c implement specular, URDF non-standard specular part (see sphere2.urdf) and SDF specular support.
pybullet.changeVisualShape(obUid,linkIndex,specularColor=[R,G,B]) and Bullet C-API b3UpdateVisualShapeSpecularColor

60d2b99151 Physics runs in a separate thread from rendering in PhysicsServerExample (preliminary)
Improve rendering performance. OpenVR experience is smooth now.
commit needs a bit more testing before pushing in main repo.

26531f3fbc fix some warnings, disable gimpact by default in world importer,
use DIRECTLY_UPDATE_VELOCITY_DURING_SOLVER_ITERATIONS by default for now,
until we find the issue with some failing test cases in btMultiBody
fix a crashing issue in MyMultiBodyCreator.cpp (uninitialized variable)
disable excessive debug printf in URDF2Bullet

d830681674 add option for rigid body/typed constraint to set target velocity
