[autofit] More coverage fixes for complex scripts.

* src/autofit/hbshim.c (af_get_coverage): Merge input glyph coverage
of GSUB lookups into output coverage.  Otherwise, ligatures are not
handled properly.
Don't check blue zone characters for default coverage.
