integer constant usable in #if and use that to give value to enum
constant.
(FE_UNDERFLOW): Likewise.
(FE_OVERFLOW): Likewise.
(FE_DIVBYZERO): Likewise.
(FE_INVALID): Likewise.
(FE_TONEAREST): Likewise.
Fix strtod handling of underflow (bug 14047).
