	* elf/rtld-Rules ($(objpfx)rtld-%.os): Use $(rtld-CPPFLAGS) in commands.
	(rtld-CPPFLAGS): Renamed from CPPFLAGS-rtld.
	(CFLAGS-rtld): Variable removed.
