Use atomic_exchange_release/acquire
Rename atomic_exchange_rel/acq to use atomic_exchange_release/acquire since these map to the standard C11 atomic builtins. Reviewed-by: Adhemerval Zanella <adhemerval.zanella@linaro.org>
