* extra-lib.mk (object-suffixes-$(lib)): Add .oS when
$(lib)-static-only-routines is nonempty. (extra-objs, o-iterator.mk rule): Filter out .oS from generators. Add a special rule for .oS objects -> _nonshared.a library.
