* misc/progname.c (program_invocation_name,
 	program_invocation_short_name): Make these initialized data
 	definitions.

	* sysdeps/mach/hurd/setitimer.c (fork_itimer): Add self reference
 	so gcc doesn't optimize out the function entirely.
