	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/syscalls.list: Add sigaltstack and
	sigstack.

	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/bits/sigstack.h: Add definitions of
	SS_ONSTACK, SS_DISABLE, MINSIGSTKSZ and SIGSTKSZ.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/alpha/bits/sigstack.h: New file.
