* locale/langinfo.h (_NL_LOCALE_NAME): New macro.
	[__USE_GNU] (NL_LOCALE_NAME): New macro.
	* locale/nl_langinfo.c: Grok special item value for _NL_LOCALE_NAME,
	return locale name string for the category.
