Change language name in LC_IDENTIFICATION of bn_BD and bn_IN from “Bengali” to “Bangla”

	* locales/bn_BD (LC_IDENTIFICATION): Change language name in
	“title” and “language” from Bengali to Bangla.
	* locales/bn_IN (LC_IDENTIFICATION): Likewise.
