	* stdlib/tst-strtoll.c: New file.
	* stdlib/Makefile (tests): Add tst-strtoll.c
	* stdlib/strtol.c: It is not generally true that if
	(unsigned)a*(unsigned)b overflows, then the result is
	less than 'a'.
