	ASM_SIZE_DIRECTIVE, CALL_MCOUNT, ENTRY, EALIGN, DO_CALL, JUMPTARGET,
	PSEUDO, PSEUDO_RET, PSEUDO_END, L, C_TEXT): These macros moved here
	here, put under [__ELF__].
