	* elf/Makefile (default-rpath): New variable.
	(CPPFLAGS): Append -DDEFAULT_RPATH=....
	* elf/dl-load.c (_dl_map_object): Use DEFAULT_RPATH instead of
	hard-coded "/lib:/usr/lib".
