x86: Use x86/nptl/pthreaddef.h

1. Move sysdeps/i386/nptl/pthreaddef.h to sysdeps/x86/nptl/pthreaddef.h.
2. Remove sysdeps/x86_64/nptl/pthreaddef.h.
