Declare as function. (_RTLD_EPILOGUE): Reformat. Declare size of entry function. (ELF_MACHINE_BEFORE_RTLD_RELOC): Relocate the dynamic linker itself so it will even work when not loaded to the standard address. (RTLD_START): Reformat.
