nss: Implement --no-addrconfig option for getent
The ahosts, ahostsv4, ahostsv6 commands unconditionally pass AI_ADDRCONFIG to getaddrinfo, which is not always desired. Reviewed-by: Carlos O'Donell <carlos@redhat.com>
