Use NULL pointer instead of "" where possible. * locale/programs/ld-ctype.c: Write out translit_ignore information. * intl/Depend: Add localedata. * intl/tst-gettext.c: Call setlocale for LC_CTYPE. * intl/tst-gettext.sh: Set LOCPATH to localedata build dir.
