* Makerules (COMPILE.s): New variable.

	* sysdeps/unix/Makefile (sysd-syscalls): New target; generate with
	make-syscalls.sh and include it.
	[$(subdir)=misc] (sysdep_routines): Append extra syscalls from
	sysd-syscalls.
	* sysdeps/unix/make-syscalls.sh: New file.

	* Makerules (COMPILE.S): New variable.
