	Depend on libc.so and libc_nonshared.a.
	* dlfcn/Makefile ($(test-modules)): Remove static pattern rule.
	* elf/Makefile (modules-names-nobuild): New variable, add filtmod1.
	($(test-modules)): Remove static pattern rule.
