Regen RISC-V rvd ULPs

* sysdeps/riscv/rv64/rvd/libm-test-ulps: Update.

Note: I regen'd these from scratch, but I'm only committing the
increases, as I only tested on hardware.  There were a few 2->1
decreases that I omitted, possibly "for now".
