Add more tests of pthread_mutexattr_gettype and pthread_mutexattr_settype

Add basic tests of pthread_mutexattr_gettype and
pthread_mutexattr_settype with each valid mutex kind, plus test for
EINVAL with an invalid mutex kind.

Tested for x86_64.
