Mark ld.so internel __profile_frequency hidden

Since ld.so internel __profile_frequency is only used internally in
ld.so, it can be made hidden.

	[BZ #19122]
	* include/libc-internal.h [IS_IN (rtld)] (__profile_frequency):
	Add attribute_hidden.
