* elf/Makefile: Add rules to build and run unload2. * elf/unload2.c: New file. * elf/unload2mod.c: New file. * elf/unload2dep.c: New file. * intl/libintl.h (ngettext macro): Add missing parameter. (dngettext macro): Likewise.
