0ac35d181e Remove 'pwd' and merge into 'nss' 
The majority of pwd routines are entry points for nss functionality.
This commit removes the 'pwd' subdirectory and moves all functionality
and tests to 'nss'.  References to pwd/ are accordingly changed.
