1. Align struct hdr to MALLOC_ALIGNMENT bytes so that malloc hooks in
libmcheck align memory to MALLOC_ALIGNMENT bytes.
2. Remove tst-mallocalign1 from tests-exclude-mcheck for i386 and x32.
3. Add tst-pvalloc-fortify and tst-reallocarray to tests-exclude-mcheck
since they use malloc_usable_size (see BZ #22057).

X86-64: Remove previous default/SSE2/AVX2 memcpy/memmove
removed the only usage of __x86_prefetchw, we can remove the unused
__x86_prefetchw.
Add unwind info to __libc_start_main so that unwinding continues one
extra level to _start. Similarly add unwind info to backtrace.
Given many targets require this, do this in a general way.
* csu/Makefile: Add -funwind-tables to libc-start.c.
* debug/Makefile: Add -funwind-tables to backtrace.c.

Compile i386 rtld-*.os with -mno-sse -mno-mmx -mfpmath=387 so that no
code in ld.so uses mm/xmm/ymm/zmm registers on i386 since the first 3
mm/xmm/ymm/zmm registers are used to pass vector parameters which must
be preserved.
* sysdeps/i386/Makefile (rtld-CFLAGS): New.
[subdir == elf] (CFLAGS-.os): Replace -mno-sse -mno-mmx
-mfpmath=387 with $(rtld-CFLAGS).
[subdir != elf] (CFLAGS-.os): Compile rtld-*.os with
$(rtld-CFLAGS).
This fixes errors when we inject sse options through CFLAGS and now
that we have -Werror turned on by default this warning turns into an
error on x86:
$ gcc -m32 -march=core2 -mtune=core2 -msse3 -mfpmath=sse -x c /dev/null -S -mno-sse -mno-mmx
/dev/null:1:0: warning: SSE instruction set disabled, using 387 arithmetics
Where as:
$ gcc -m32 -march=core2 -mtune=core2 -msse3 -mfpmath=sse -x c /dev/null -S -mno-sse -mno-mmx -mfpmath=387
Generates no warnings.
Since x86-64 ld.so preserves vector registers now, we can use SSE in
x86-64 ld.so. We should run tst-ld-sse-use.sh only on i386.
