Xi Ruoyao	d905183f0b	elf/tst-rtld-does-not-exist: Pass --inhibit-cache to rtld ... This avoids a test failure when the system has no /etc/ld.so.cache. Tested on x86_64-linux-gnu. Florian Weimer	ae7468a7b0	elf: Add ld.so test with non-existing program name ... None of the existing tests seem to cover the case where _dl_signal_error is called without an active error handler.
