	[libpthread: GLIBC_2.1]: Remove __pthread_rwlock_init,
	__pthread_rwlock_destroy, __pthread_rwlock_rdlock,
	__pthread_rwlock_wrlock, __pthread_rwlock_unlock,
	__pthread_rwlock_tryrdlock and __pthread_rwlock_trywrlock.

	* stdio-common/Makefile (routines): Remove lockfile.  Add
	flockfile, ftrylockfile, and funlockfile.
	* sysdeps/generic/lockfile.c: Removed.  Each function has its own file.
	* sysdeps/generic/flockfile.c: New file.
	* sysdeps/generic/ftrylockfile.c: New file.
	* sysdeps/generic/funlockfile.c: New file.
