989166429c (elf_machine_rela): Fix last change. 
The R_68K_GLOB_DAT and R_68K_JMP_SLOT relocations really ignore
the addend, Richard.
(elf_machine_fixup_plt): Don't add the addend.
(elf_machine_plt_value): New function.
