3b117ce72c Update feature tests to use __USE_ISOC9X. 
[__USE_ISOC9X]: Define __log2 and __exp2 inlines.
(fabs): Remove defininition, it is a gcc builtin.
(sqrt, __sqrt): Remove definition, they have wrappers in libm.

	for getting the argc/argv/envp block.  Instead, make it the argument.

	sysdeps/m68k/dl-machine.h (RTLD_START): Same.
