dba44dbe54 benchtests: Make hypot input random 
Instead of inputs based on the algorithm implementation details.
About 85% tuples have exponents of the two arguments close
together (+-1 range).

f215dbbdf1 benchtests: hypot benchmark 
Inputs are based on argument reductions from generic and powerpc
implementation.

	* benchtests/Makefile (bench-math): Add hypot.
	* benchtests/hypot-inputs: New file.
