* iconv/skeleton.c (lirreversiblep): New variable. Set to NULL is
recursive error handling call, otherwise to &lirreversible. Use it
for calls to conversion functions.
* iconv/gconv_simple.c (ucs4_internal_loop): Don't handle errors when
transliterating.
(ucs4_internal_loop_unaligned): Likewise.
(ucs4le_internal_loop): Likewise.
(ucs4le_internal_loop_unaligned): Likewise.
