(getifaddrs): Use __netlink_request instead of __netlink_sendreq
and __netlink_receive pairs. Formatting.
* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/if_index.c (if_nameindex_netlink): Use
__netlink_request instead of __netlink_sendreq and __netlink_receive
