All the other ptrace structures in this file have a __ prefix except this
new one. This in turn causes build problems for most packages that try to
use ptrace such as strace:
gcc -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I../.. -I../../linux/x86_64 -I../../linux \
-I./linux -Wall -Wwrite-strings -g -O2 -MT process.o -MD -MP \
-MF .deps/process.Tpo -c -o process.o ../../process.c

/usr/include/linux/ptrace.h:58:8: error: redefinition of 'struct ptrace_peeksiginfo_args'
struct ptrace_peeksiginfo_args {

Since this struct was introduced in glibc-2.18, there shouldn't be any
real regressions with adding the __ prefix.

* sysdeps/aarch64/dl-machine.h: Include dl-irel.h.
(elf_machine_rela) Handle STT_GNU_IFUNC symbols and
R_AARCH64_IRELATIVE relocations. (elf_machine_lazy_rel):

Autoconf has been deprecating configure.in for quite a long time.
Rename all our configure.in and preconfigure.in files to .ac.

This patch introduces two new convenience functions to set the default
thread attributes used for creating threads. This allows a programmer
to set the default thread attributes just once in a process and then
run pthread_create without additional attributes.
Resolves: #15465
The program name may be unavailable if the user application tampers
with argc and argv[]. Some parts of the dynamic linker caters for
this while others don't, so this patch consolidates the check and
fallback into a single macro and updates all users.
[BZ #15442] This adds support for the inverse interpretation of the
quiet bit of IEEE 754 floating-point NaN data that some processors
use. This includes in particular MIPS architecture processors; the
payload used for the canonical qNaN encoding is updated accordingly
so as not to interfere with the quiet bit.
