b4d5b8b021 Do not include math-barriers.h in math_private.h.
This patch continues the math_private.h cleanup by stopping
math_private.h from including math-barriers.h and making the users of
the barrier macros include the latter header directly. No attempt is
made to remove any math_private.h includes that are now unused, except
in strtod_l.c where that is done to avoid line number changes in
assertions, so that installed stripped shared libraries can be
compared before and after the patch. (I think the floating-point
environment support in math_private.h should also move out - some
architectures already have fenv_private.h as an architecture-internal
header included from their math_private.h - and after moving that out
might be a better time to identify unused math_private.h includes.)

Tested for x86_64 and x86, and tested with build-many-glibcs.py that
installed stripped shared libraries are unchanged by the patch.

2ce30701e6 Use libm_alias_ldouble in sysdeps/i386/fpu.
This patch continues the preparation for additional _FloatN / _FloatNx
function aliases by using libm_alias_ldouble for sysdeps/i386/fpu long
double functions, so that they can have _Float64x aliases added in
future.

Tested for x86_64 (which includes some of these implementations) and
x86, including build-many-glibcs.py tests that installed stripped
shared libraries are unchanged by the patch.

24ab7723b8 Consistently use uintN_t not u_intN_t in libm.
This patch changes libm code to make consistent use of C99 uintN_t
types instead of sometimes using those and sometimes using the older
nonstandard u_intN_t names. This makes sense as a cleanup in its own
right, and also facilitates merges to GCC's libquadmath (which gets
the types from stdint.h and so may not have u_intN_t available at
all).

Tested for x86_64, and with build-many-glibcs.py.

8cbd1453ec Fix x86/x86_64 nextafterl incrementing negative subnormals (bug 20205).
The x86 / x86_64 implementation of nextafterl (also used for
nexttowardl) produces incorrect results (NaNs) when negative
subnormals, the low 32 bits of whose mantissa are zero, are
incremented towards zero. This patch fixes this by disabling the
logic to decrement the exponent in that case.

Tested for x86_64 and x86.

85422c2acb Make nextafter, nexttoward set errno (bug 6799).
nextafter and nexttoward fail to set errno on overflow and underflow.
This patch makes them do so in cases that should include all the cases
where such errno setting is required by glibc's goals for when to set
errno (but not all cases of underflow where the result is nonzero and
so glibc's goals do not require errno setting).

Tested for x86_64, x86, mips64 and powerpc.

600fa36158 Fix nextafter overflow in non-default rounding modes (bug 16677).
ISO C requires the result of nextafter to be independent of the
rounding mode, even when underflow or overflow occurs. This patch
fixes the bug in various nextafter implementations that, having done
an overflowing computation to force an overflow exception (correct),
they then return the result of that computation rather than an
infinity computed some other way (incorrect, when the overflowing
result of arithmetic with that sign and rounding mode is finite but
the correct result is infinite) - generally by falling through to
existing code to return a value that in fact is correct for this case
(but was computed by an integer increment and so without generating
the exceptions required). Having fixed the bug, the previously
deferred conversion of nextafter testing in libm-test.inc to
ALL_RM_TEST is also included.

Tested x86_64 and x86; also spot-checked results of nextafter tests
for powerpc32 and mips64 to test the ldbl-128ibm and ldbl-128
changes. (The m68k change is untested.)
