fe7b738e7a alpha: Require kernel version 2.6.0.

ad8ae7daff HPPA: Initialize EPOLLONESHOT and EPOLLET correctly. 
The value of EPOLLONESHOT and EPOLLET should be
initialized with an unsigned value.

c27dd89f4b HPPA: Update pthread.h
