59b5910f05 (pthread_cond_timedwait_relative_old): Tight loop with nanosleep does not 
work either.  Get absolute time inside the loop.
(pthread_cond_timedwait_relative_new): Likewise.

7e505f7e69 (_iopl, _ioperm): Add Rebel-NetWinder to platform table so _ioperm platform
