	prototype for sysinfo function.

	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/syscalls.list: Add flock, ioperm, iopl,
	llseek, setfsgid, setfsuid, sysinfo, and uselib.

	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/sysconf.c: Instead of duplicating
	posix/sysconf.c now only handle cases different to that
	implementation.
