8d98c7c00f configure: Use -Wno-ignored-attributes if compiler warns about multiple aliases
clang emits an warning when a double alias redirection is used, to warn
the the original symbol will be used even when weak definition is
overridden. However, this is a common pattern for weak_alias, where
multiple alias are set to same symbol.

613cb5c7b1 arm: Use have-mtls-dialect-gnu2 to check for ARM TLS descriptors support
The lld linker does not support TLSDESC for arm. The have-arm-tls-desc
is a leftover of 56583289b1 to support NaCL.

1d95b035c7 nptl: Move __pthread_unwind_next into libc
It's necessary to stub out __libc_disable_asynccancel and
__libc_enable_asynccancel via rtld-stubbed-symbols because the new
direct references to the unwinder result in symbol conflicts when the
rtld exception handling from libc is linked in during the construction
of librtld.map.

unwind-forcedunwind.c is merged into unwind-resume.c. libc now needs
the functions that were previously only used in libpthread.

The GLIBC_PRIVATE exports of __libc_longjmp and __libc_siglongjmp are
no longer needed, so switch them to hidden symbols.

The symbol __pthread_unwind_next has been moved using
scripts/move-symbol-to-libc.py.

7b5f02dc2a arm: remove string/tst-memmove-overflow XFAIL
The arm string/tst-memmove-overflow XFAIL has been added in commit
eca1b23332 ("arm: XFAIL string/tst-memmove-overflow due to bug 25620")
as a way to reproduce the reported bug.

Now that this bug has been fixed in commits 79a4fa341b ("arm:
CVE-2020-6096: fix memcpy and memmove for negative length [BZ #25620]")
and beea361050 ("arm: CVE-2020-6096: Fix multiarch memcpy for negative
length [BZ #25620]"), let's remove the XFAIL.

ca3a382ea3 Enable unwind info in libc-start.c and backtrace.c
Add unwind info to __libc_start_main so that unwinding continues one
extra level to _start. Similarly add unwind info to backtrace.
Given many targets require this, do this in a general way.

	* csu/Makefile: Add -funwind-tables to libc-start.c.
	* debug/Makefile: Add -funwind-tables to backtrace.c.
	* sysdeps/aarch64/Makefile: Remove CFLAGS-backtrace.c.

56583289b1 Remove configure test for ARM TLS descriptors support.
GCC 4.7 added support for ARM TLS descriptors. The binutils support
is present in binutils 2.22. Thus, this patch removes the associated
configure test as obsolete (leaving Makefile conditionals, as NaCl
sets have-arm-tls-desc = no in its sysdeps fragment).

Tested for ARM that installed shared libraries are unchanged by the
patch.

	* sysdeps/arm/configure.ac (libc_cv_arm_tls_desc): Remove
	configure test.
	* sysdeps/arm/configure: Regenerated.
	* sysdeps/arm/Makefile [!have-arm-tls-desc] (have-arm-tls-desc):
	Define variable if not already defined.

linker, where immediate resolution is requested with LD_BIND_NOW.

4134b50d67 Consistently use $(elf-objpfx).
As previously noted
<https://sourceware.org/ml/libc-alpha/2013-05/msg00696.html>,
$(elf-objpfx) and $(elfobjdir) are redundant and should be
consolidated. This patch consolidates on $(elf-objpfx) (for
consistency with $(csu-objpfx)), also changing direct uses of
$(common-objpfx)elf/ to use $(elf-objpfx).

Tested x86_64, including that installed shared libraries are unchanged
by the patch.

c6bfe5c4d7 Move arm from ports to libc.
I've moved the ARM port from ports to the main sysdeps hierarchy.
Beyond the README update, the move of the files was simply

git mv ports/sysdeps/arm sysdeps/arm
git mv ports/sysdeps/unix/arm sysdeps/unix/arm
git mv ports/sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/arm sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/arm

and in addition to the ChangeLog entries here, I put a note at the top
of ports/ChangeLog.arm similar to that at the top of
ChangeLog.powerpc. There is deliberately no NEWS change, as I think
it makes the most sense to put in a general note above all ports
having moved if we can achieve that for 2.20.

Tested that disassembly of installed shared libraries for arm is the
same before and after this patch, except for data (not instructions)
in ld.so (there are assertions in sysdeps/arm/dl-machine.h, and the
path by which that file is found, and so by which it appears in the
assertion message, changes as a result of the move).

	* sysdeps/arm: Move directory from ports/sysdeps/arm.
	* sysdeps/unix/arm: Move directory from ports/sysdeps/unix/arm.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/arm: Move directory from
	ports/sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/arm.
	* README: Update listing for arm-*-linux-gnueabi.

ports/ChangeLog.arm:
	* sysdeps/arm: Move directory to ../sysdeps/arm.
	* sysdeps/unix/arm: Move directory to ../sysdeps.arm.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/arm: Move directory to
	../sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/arm.
