* sysdeps/generic/Dist: Add sysdep-cancel.h.
* sysdeps/powerpc/nofpu/Dist: Add soft-supp.h.
* sysdeps/unix/Dist: Add s-proto-bp.S and s-proto-cancel.S.
* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/Dist: Add pathconf.h.
* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/i386/Dist: Add bp-thunk.h.
* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/powerpc/powerpc64/Dist: Add fe_nomask.c and
ucontext_i.h.
* Makefile (distribute): Add include/stubs-prologue.h,
include/gnu/stubs.h, scripts/merge-abilist.awk, and
scripts/extract-abilist.awk.
