f_fsid field after change in struct statvfs.
* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/alpha/bits/statvfs.h: New file.

* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/sparc/sparc64/bits/statvfs.h: New file.
* conform/data/sys/stat.h-data: Remove isfdtype. Use
optional-macro.
