* sysdeps/mach/hurd/brk.c (static_data_start): New variable.
	(_hurd_set_brk, init_brk): Use that instead of &__data_start.
	Initialize it from &__data_start if defined, or else &_end.

	hurd/hurd/threadvar.h, hurd/hurd/userlink.h: Instead of
	_EXTERN_INLINE, use a macro specific to each file,
	_HURD_FD_H_EXTERN_INLINE and the like.
	* hurd/Makefile (inline-headers): New variable.
	(routines): Remove hurdinline.  Add $(inlines).
	(inlines): New variable.
	($(inlines:%=$(objpfx)%.c)): New static pattern rule to generate them.
	(generated): Append those here.
	* hurd/hurdinline.c: File removed.

4d3a2ae384 Added p_nextlock entry to separate queueing for a lock from queueing 
for a CV (sometimes a thread queues on a lock to serialize removing
itself from a CV queue).
